AIKO has signed a framework agreement with Swedish EPC Windon to supply its high-efficiency solar modules for utility-scale projects in 2025 and 2026. This marks the company’s first utility-scale collaboration in the Nordic region, expanding its presence beyond the distributed solar market and further contributing to the region’s energy transition.
Windon Energy Group CEO Christoffer Valentin Johansson commented: “With AIKO’s expertise and strong business values, we have found the right partner to accelerate our utility-scale projects. Its high-efficiency modules will help us expand even faster, enabling us to bring more large-scale solar capacity online and contribute to Sweden’s renewable energy transition.”
AIKO’s head of Utility for Northern Europe and the UK, Jonas Frank, added: “We are delighted to collaborate with Windon on this milestone project. This partnership underscores AIKO’s dedication to delivering cutting-edge solar solutions that drive down the Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE) and enhance installation capacity. We look forward to contributing to the growth of sustainable energy infrastructure in the Nordics.”
