DAS Solar has taken part in the 2025 edition of BEPOSITIVE in the French city of Lyon, showcasing its N-type DAS Black series, Diamond series back-contact (DBC) and lightweight modules.
DAS Solar stands at the forefront of N-type technology, refining its expertise and pushing industry boundaries. The company’s TOPCon 5.0 cells have already surpassed 26.9% efficiency with an open-circuit voltage of 746mV, setting multiple world records. While leading the evolution of TOPCon technology, DAS Solar continues to explore cutting-edge innovations to maximize overall power generation efficiency. Built on N-type technology, the DBC modules incorporate back-contact N-type BC cells, marking a major breakthrough in technical development. Currently, DBC 4.0 cells have achieved an efficiency of over 27%, their busbar-free front surface eliminating shading losses and significantly boosting conversion efficiency.
The 475W lightweight module, designed for weight-constrained rooftop projects, utilizes glass-free encapsulation technology, weighing only 4.7kg/m²—over 50% lighter than traditional modules of the same power rating. Even in extreme environments with high temperatures and humidity, the module maintains exceptional stability, reliability, durability and high fire resistance. From an installation and maintenance perspective, the lightweight module is engineered with user convenience in mind, its rapid installation process, coupled with a detachable structural design, facilitating simple maintenance and ensuring optimal lifetime value for customers.
In recent years, DAS Solar has made significant strides in its global expansion, being ranked among the top 8 in global module shipments and earning a PV ModuleTech ‘A’ rating for bankability.
As part of its expansion strategy, the company is establishing its first overseas manufacturing hub in France. Leveraging the localized advantages of this facility, it aims to develop a comprehensive and multi-layered business presence in Europe.
