LDK Solar’s VP of operations resigns

Long-standing and third ranked LDK Solar executive, Dr. Liangbao Zhu has resigned from the company with immediate effect.

The struggling PV manufacturer said in a short statement that the executive had resigned for personal reasons and that the move would not disrupt the composition of its Audit, Compensation or Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.
