SunEdison’s yieldco TerraForm COO leaves

The executive vice president and chief operating officer (COO) of TerraForm Power, the US-centric yieldco of troubled renewables firm, SunEdsion has left the company, according to an SEC filing.

TerraForm said that Francisco Perez Gundin was is no longer available to serve in his executive roles, pursuant to the management services agreement, effective January 14, 2016.

Gundin has been the COO at SunEdison Capital, since April 22, 2014 and COO at TerraForm since January, 2014. Gundin had been at SunEdison since 2008.
